    HEROES
Some of you may have figured out by now that I do indeed enjoy a good superhero story -- in comics, in movies, and even occasionally in novels. So I was very pleased, while watching TV last night, I saw comics author Jeph Loeb's name show up in the writing credits for one of my new favourite TV shows Heroes. But that wasn't all! As an artistic consultant is Tim Sale, whose actual art appears in the show. I may be a little slow on the uptake here, but I only started watching the show recently and often miss the credits (getting a snack, doing laundry, writing email), so I was quite delighted to see all these fabulous connections.
Loeb & Sale have some fantastic collaborations, including Batman: The Long Halloween, Catwoman: When in Rome, Spider-man: Blue, and more.
If you're a fan of graphic novels, superheroes, science fiction, adventure, and TV that's different than gameshows and reality shows, this may be a great option for you!
