    TEENAGE HOBOES
    Have you ever wondered what it would like to ride the rails, just you and your friends and the open landscape of early 20thC America? The National Heritage Museum currently has an online gallery about teenage hoboes during the Great Depression.
    "During the Great Depression, 1929-1939, over 250,000 young people left home in hope and desperation and began riding freight trains or hitchhiking across America. ...
