    LET IT SNOW
The forecast for tomorrow is snow snow snow! Don't forget to stock up on enough reading and watching material to get you through the night!
If you need ideas for books to read, pick up a couple of our booklists; we have them in a number of varieties. I finished that sports booklist: Playing the Game. It's in dark orange.
Our TAG meeting for Saturday has been cancelled. If you'd like to join the group, however, please let me know -- we're always looking for new members!

    THURSDAY BOOKNOTES
(Trying to get back into the swing of Thursdays...) Two that I have enjoyed; notes taken from the inside flap of the books.
Adventures of Blue Avenger by Norma Howe
It is the morning of David Bruce Schumacher's sixteenth birthday -- and in a sudden, unusual spurt of boldness, he has finally made up his mind to go ahead and do it... on this very day... he will officially change his name to the Blue Avenger....

Silver Kiss by Annette Curtis Klause
Zoe is wary when, in the dead of night, the beautiful yet frightening Simon comes to her house. She has seen him before in dark alleys, but there is something soothing in him that persuades her to invite him inside. Simon seems to understand the pain of loneliness and death, Zoe's brooding thoughts of her dying mother. Sitting close to Zoe, Simon reveals his mystery to her. He, too, often thinks about death, for he is one of the undead, a vampire....
